Once a month, a nomination was chosen at random as the “winner” – all nominations were posted for visibility, and the “winner” was given a hanging star (printed on sintra board) to display on their cubicle for the month, which prompted passers-by to “ask about my bright idea”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The program was well received, with numerous nominations each month, instilled pride within all nominees, and sparked conversations about the bright ideas, leading to even more engagment with the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
