{"id":3932,"date":"2025-08-20T20:19:51","date_gmt":"2025-08-20T20:19:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.creightive.com\/Sara-Rooney\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=3932"},"modified":"2025-12-05T16:36:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T16:36:40","slug":"bright-ideas-marketing-department-peer-recognition-program-revamp","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"http:\/\/www.creightive.com\/Sara-Rooney\/portfolio\/bright-ideas-marketing-department-peer-recognition-program-revamp\/","title":{"rendered":"Bright Ideas \u2013 Marketing Department Peer Recognition Program Revamp"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Created a form for &#8220;Bright Idea&#8221; nominations which included the opportunity to show how the nomination demonstrated one of the overall company People Powers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Created signage and a nomination drop box that was housed in a central location within the department<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a month, a nomination was chosen at random as the &#8220;winner&#8221; &#8211; all nominations were posted for visibility, and the &#8220;winner&#8221; was given a hanging star (printed on sintra board) to display on their cubicle for the month, which prompted passers-by to &#8220;ask about my bright idea&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program was well received, with numerous nominations each month, instilled pride within all nominees, and sparked conversations about the bright ideas, leading to even more engagment with the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A version of the idea was later adopted by the company\/HR department, and transformed into company-wide &#8220;People Power Awards&#8221; recognition program.
